Troubleshooting

• Ensure the stand is plugged into a reliable power outlet.
• Check that the blue LED are illuminated.
• Place the spacer between the tip of the top of the dice - the side with 19, 6, 17, 3, and 13 - and the underside of the upper stand portion.
• Once you feel the "grab" of the magnet, slowly let go of the D20 and remove the spacer.

• Make sure the stand is plugged into a reliable power source.
• Make sure the blue LEDs are illuminated and do not flicker.
• If your D20 still falls, it is possible there is fault with the power supply and/or the stand.
• Reach out to us a support@aandb1.com and we will get you a replacement.

• The base houses electromagnets, sensors, and a ceramic ring magnet that dynamically adjust hundreds of times per second.
• This keeps the D20 suspended steadily above the stand

Currently the power supply and stand operate at a 110 voltage. 220 voltage power supplies are not available.

• In order to achieve a hover, the die are strategically weighted and would not be suitable for game play.
• Additionally, rolling the die could off set the internal weights and cause it not to hover.
